Gianclaudio Malgieri (Associate Professor at EDHEC Augmented Law Institute) and Gloria González Fuster (Research Professor at LSTS, VUB) have presented their co-authored paper on the notion of vulnerable data subjects, at the intersection between data protection law and gender studies.
Their paper, that will be workshopped next 4 June 2021 at the prestigious “Privacy Law Scholarship Conference” (PLSC) at Georgetown University (US), addresses the notion of data subjects’ vulnerability in the GDPR, in particular under a gender perspective.
