Next Tuesday, 9 November 2021, there will be a whole dal event organised by the Council of Europe, with the participation of the OECD, about Neurotechnologies and human rights.
In the panel, that will be held from 12:30 to 13:00 CET, Prof. Dr. Gianclaudio Malgieri and Dr. Fruszina Molnar-Gabor will comment the Report on Neurorights written by Dr. Marcello Ienca.
